AWARDS ENTRY FORM
The Best Customer Service Award rewards the Users of Calypso who propose to their customers an innovative Service enabling an easier access to public transport, which promotes sustainable mobility, which highlights the Calypso performances. This Service is preferably deployed or under deployment, or at least in a Proof of Concept phase.
The Best Innovation Award rewards the Providers of Calypso who have developed and setup a new Calypso product, component, softwares or processes which enriches the Calypso offer and contributes to the worldwide development of the Calypso standard.

SELECTION PROCESS OF THE NOMINEES
The criteria taken into account for the selection of the candidates will include:
- Benefits for end users
- Improvement of the economic model
- Compliance with sustainable development
A maximum of three nominees per category will be selected by a jury composed by independent experts in this field and winners of the previous edition. They will be notified at the latest by 14th of November 2019.
CALYPSO AWARDS CEREMONY
The nominees and their projects will be presented during the Open Session in Cannes,
France on the 27th of November 2019. The winners will receive their Calypso Award from the President of CNA.
